Upon arrival, Your groomer will always greet you & your pet. At this time, your groomer will assess your pet & ask questions about your pet’s health, behavior, and grooming needs. We will ask detailed questions about how you like your pet groomed, and offer advice as necessary. Pricing will be discussed as well, along with an estimated time of finishing your pet’s groom.

If needed, we may offer recommendations for grooming techniques you can practice at home or suggest adjustments to their grooming schedule or style that will benefit them further.

Do we kennel/crate the dogs?

We do use crates in order to give the dogs a safe place to be while they are waiting. They don't necessarily have to be in a crate the entire visit, however many dogs prefer to have their own safe space. We really try to cater to the needs and comfort of each individual dog but safety has to take priority so sometimes it is necessary to crate your pet.
